Of all cities Portland is pathetic when it comes to dog parks. So many parks, yet dogs cannot run free except if a few places. When you visit a dog park in any other city.. Las Vegas for example, the dog parks are the busiest part of the park. Dog parks is many cities are every few blocks… why so difficult to own a dog in Portland and have no place for them to socialize. Its a shame because I notice so many people have dogs and need to give them what they need.
