Southeast Uplift Neighborhood Program (SEUL)

Southeast Uplift Neighborhood Coalition is an independent non-profit organization which contracts with the Office of Neighborhood Involvement to facilitate citizen participation services and related activities for the neighborhood associations and citizens within our geographically defined area.

Southeast Uplift is governed by a Board of Directors and our coalition is comprised of 20 neighborhoods. Southeast Uplift Neighborhood Coalition supports its neighborhood associations and community partners by providing education and training for neighborhood leadership, urban planning, fiscal management and communications.
